Nolvadex or Arimidex for women Pre Contest ??

I am entering my first BB contest and am considering using Nolvadex.
Are women allowed to use it in a contest cycle? I am 10 weeks out as of now.
Or if anyone could direct me to a Canadian site that outlines what is and isnt allowed that would be most helpful
Really like the idea of loosing that long term stubborn fat, hoping its allowed!

It depends on whether or not you're entering a tested show or non-tested. The CBBF and affiliates run both types of shows. Now if it's a tested show under CBBF then if you use any compounds that are banned you'll most likely get caught, and if it's not tested then it's up to you what you want to use. As an example all female competitors that compete at the pro level in the IFBB are using something, and yes that would include the bikini gals as well.

If you're in one of the lesser natural BBing federations then who knows what their testing consists of....but if it's a natty CBBF show then you'll be urine tested.

As far as the Adex or nolva question goes it really depends on how much fat you carry as aromatase is created/produced in fat cells so keeping BF as low as possible will lessen aromatase and thus estrogen conversion. And in a natty female BB you won't have much in the way of natty test but every little bit helps, and if you are an enhanced female BB/athlete then keeping BF low should be of a high priority for this reason alone.
