If you were getting ready for a figure or bikini contest this would be a good routine, but if it's BBing then break it up a little more and core training is done with squats, dead-lifts, bent over rows, front squats and any standing exercise like curls, military press or hell even side laterals all require you to engage your core so enough of the core BS. It looks to me like you want to train 6 days per week so try chest/back on days 1 and 4, shoulders and arms on days 2 and 5, and legs on days 3 and 6 days one, two and three would be heavier days for lower reps and the other 3 days would be lighter weight with higher reps. There ya go.

Agree with Skailes...plenty of core work in the basics...in fact more then you would get with silly core exercises like planks. You could also split your training into 5 days and do one major muscle group per day....

    ie

    chest
    back
    off
    shoulders
    arms
    legs
    off
