    Default 2 Diet

    Im trying to decide what diet would be better for building muscle and losing fat.
    I found the diet #1 on this forum from a forum member.
    im 30 years old, 5.11 ,225 pound.

    Here are the 2 Diet.

    Diet #1

    Breakfast:-10 Eggwhites
    -1 cup de oatmeal
    -1 coffee


    10:00am:-1 shake whey isolate
    -1 tablespoon of Flax Seed oil
    -1 apple
    -Eau


    Lunch:-Chicken Breast(2)
    -2 yams
    -Brocolli


    2:15pm:-Tilapia(3Fillet) ou Sole(3Fillet)
    -Basmati rice
    -brocolli
    -1 apple

    Pre-workout:-1 scoop of whey isolate in water


    workout: BCAA with crystal light

    Post workout meal:-Chicken breast(2)
    -Salads
    -1 tablespoon of Olive oil


    Diet #2

    Breakfast:-5 whole omega 3 eggs
    -1 cup de oatmeal
    -1 coffee


    Lunch:-Salmon(2 Fillet)
    -1 cup basmati rice
    -Brocolli

    Diner:-8oz of Xtra Lean ground beef(95%)
    -2 yams
    -Brocolli

    workout: BCAA with crystal light

    Post workout meal:-5 whole eggs omega 3
    -Salads


    So what diet would you choose?

    Number #1 or Number #2 ?

    diet 1 has too many carbs and too few protien
    diet 2 you will be starving

    change apples for natural peanut butter or almond butter (1tbsp)
    Breakfast 4 whole eggs, 6 whites (cut back oatmeal to 1/4c or remove )
    lunch remove yams add lean protien ( 7oz white fish, chicken Breast)
    supper lean red meat, salmon, trout.
    check out Dave Palumbo diet.
