Default My progress, my current shape and program (22 yrs old)

Hey, i am 22 years old, i am 5'11 and 180 pounds, I've been working out for 2 years but it was part time, in other words, i would work out for 3 months, stop for 2, and restart. But this time, i think its there to stay lol.. Im not a bodybuilder, i just workout to get bigger and get a good shape

There are 3 things id like to hear from you guys. What you think about my progress pictures, comments about my current shape (what to improve), and also, taking a look and telling me if my upper body program is sufficient.

I dont really have good pictures that show my lower body progress, so ill focus on upper body for this thread.

    Program:

    Biceps:
    Biceps Curl 4x8
    Inclined biceps curl 4x8

    Triceps:
    Overhead Dumbbell extensions 4x8
    Bench dips 4x8
    Pushups 4x maximum

    Deltoids Lats:
    Standing press 5x8
    Lateral Raises 4x8

    Pecs:
    Flat bench press 4x8
    Inclined bench press 3x8
    Wide Pushups 4x maximum
    Wide bench dips 4x8

The progress is great. You are on the right track. Do you want to get bigger? Maybe it's better just to maintain the progress and work on your strength and endurance. Good luck!
