My local gym recently renovated and put in a track for sled pulling,I decided to try some neck work with it.I pull backward starting from a bent over position as if somebody had me in a clinch, and attempt to pull out of it using the thoracic and cervical spine ending with a strong thrust to completely straighten out the neck and then extension.I feel this is a much better movement than just neck bridges,as more of the upper traps are included here, plus bridging carries the compression risk.Pleasantly sore over a larger area today, and stronger than the first session, and it could come in handy some time.![]()
