Hey guys,
I had signed up for this forum awhile back, and I may even have asked this question in a previous thread..but now I have given it a lot of thought and I am seeking a competition coach.

A little bit about me:

I am 28 years old, soon to be 29. I am currently overweight....in 2012 I hit the 100LB lost mark @ about 176LBs, I tried to do a bulk but it just turned in to a total fulk...my inner fat kid enjoyed eating over my maintenance, i suppose. Now, I sit around 225LBs or so roughly around the 25% BF (Very rough guess) I am no stranger to counting calories or even weighing my food. I finally just bought a house and began to build a home gym which is currently an adjustable bench, power rack, Oly Bar and 345LB bumper plate set. I don't have room for dumbbells but if necessary I would try and get a grant through Soldier On! which I am a member of from serving time in Afghanistan in 2009/10.

I am looking to compete, I have NO clue what divisions are offered for men here in BC, I don't exactly know the difference between fitness competitors or physique if one is men and one is women, So I am definitely looking for guidance. I am trying to get funded through Soldier On! because now I want new motivation and a new end goal. I played a high level of football in Alberta as well as some pretty good hockey...now they are both gone and I want to focus on doing something for ME.

With all that said, I am hoping to find a local coach who would be able to give me some realistic options for competitions next year and can help me get there...blood, sweat and tears, I know I can do it. Then once I have a good foundation and have my feet wet in the competitive scene, I would definitely turn my attention to natural bodybuilding in the later years.

I just need help, so please...either reply in here or via PM what you can do for me, or even if you think i'm completely hopeless....I just want to start doing this sometime in October or November after I get married and can REALLY focus. I also really want to me able to do it all at home, I have extreme paranoia and suffer from depression and found my anxiety was sky high when going in to public gyms, hence why i'm building a fully functional set up at home.

Thanks for taking the time to read. If you took me on as a coach, I would not let you down.
