Review of the Neck Flex

I recently purchased one of these neck harnesses,much more versatile than your standard neck harness which is really only good for neck extensions while you maintain a 45 degree angle.This one has an adjustable head circumference plus a chinstrap.You can apply resistance from the front or back and both sides.

Looks like a useful piece of equipment.

Down side: You look like you ride the short bus while youre wearing it

But worse is having a completely untrained neck.Some people naturally have a pretty thick neck,some not,a slouch from sitting all day doesn't help.I usually recover in 2-3 days,day 3 I am still a bit sore in the sternos.

And still feeling it today but going to repeat.Did front flexion with a downward twist last time that really felt intense.
