    Default Well this is embarrassing

I gained 100 lbs. Just typing it infuriates me. I am back in the gym after a five year layoff. And I feel lost. I have never felt discrimination until I gained the weight. I would truly like your input. I have started working out 6 days a week. Sundays off. I do one bodypart per day and an hour of cardio. Meals are protein shake after a workout, one 4 hours after followed by a meal of chicken and brown rice with some veggies on the side 4 hours later. I take a fish supplement with each meal. At 6'5" and 350 lbs is this something that will work going forward. Cheers and any and all input is appreciated more than you know.

    consider a full-body workout.
generally more effective when you have a lot of fat to lose.

i'd back off on the cardio.
save it for when you're closer to your goal.
are you going to do 2 hours of cardio when weight loss stalls ?

having said that, if you're happy with what you're doing and getting results,
stick with it. good luck bahd.
