    For endurance athletes I can see a possible benefit...for physique not so much!

    They do mention the arterial lining improvement.Blood pressure?
    Just from the limited time I have used it,I notice an improvement.Works all the muscles involved in respiration including the anterior scalenes.Today used it during a bodyweight squat warmup,not too difficult.First time I used this mask I had a hard time just doing some light work around the house.

    Actually the scalenus medium inserting to the first rib and scalenus posterior inserting to the second rib as well.
