For sure. The first time I did creatine it was a loading phase. Talk about instant gratification. Gained like 10lbs in a week or may 12 days, but the pump and fullness got me hooked. This was back in the day when it costed like 40$ us for 300 grams... I remember ****ing up the loading phase and on my first day was using tablespoons instead of teaspoons. That really messed up my stoamch. Imagine taking 75 grams of creatine in one day!

I think the general concensus on loading vs not is loading gives results in 5-10 days, while taking 5 grams on non workout days and 10 on workout days may take 21 days for results. And if you have a sensitive stomach, don`t do the loading.
