4 egg whites
2 tblsp flour (I use whole wheat) (you can even use pancake mix if you want)
2 tablespoon protein powder (i use vanilla icecream)
2 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon peanutbutter
1 banana
aprox 2 tblsp milk (can be skim or use water)
a few chocolate chips if desired

beat the egg whites until fluffy

mix protein powder and flour in bowl

mix yogurt, PB and milk into dry mixture

fold in egg whites

in a LIGHTLY oiled (or pam) non stick frypan over medium heat, make dump some batter, throw in banana and a few chocolate chips while batter is still wet... flip once after bubbles start forming on top of pancake ,or burning smell comes from bottom

should make about 6 pancakes...
