I am 25 year old male that is about 5'8 and am 160 pounds. I have scoliosis (a lateral (sideways) curve of the spine usually consisting of two curves - the abnormal one and another to compensate for it) I also do not have lot of money so I really can not pay for a gym. What I would like 2 know is what are some workouts I can do at home besides my running I do.
