The Alberta Bodybuilding Association is pleased to announce the hosting of the second annual Posing Seminar, to be held on January 29, 2011, in Edmonton. (There will be a seminar held in Calgary in the month of February. Details will be sent in the near future.)

We will be including some very important changes to both Figure and Bodybuilding, so you don't want to miss it. Details are below!!

First time competitor? Veteran, looking to learn some hot tips? Then you can't miss this seminar. This workshop will feature seminars for each of the physique disciplines:

  • Male Bodybuilding 12:00-1:15
  • Female Bodybuilding 1:15-2:15
  • Figure 2:15-3:30Fitness 3:30-4:30
  • Bikini Model 4:30-5:45


Presenters will discuss posing, suit selection, hair, makeup and more! And you're getting the information from the best.
