Hi everyone,

Im 22 years old and just competed in my first competition in Stratford, Ontario on April 16th. I competed as a heavyweight and have a couple pictures below. Im now trying to add some additional size before competing in Ottawa next November and was hoping on some feedback or advice about what i should possibly try and improve or work on for my second competition from what you can notice from my pictures. Im also going to be seeking someone to critique my current or help me put together a better nutrition plan for next competition and possibly help me with my nutrition plan im currently on to build mass depending how it continues to go
