I am an IFBB pro, I compete in the 202 division.. currently preparing for the Toronto Pro in June. I have experience in preping people for all categories from bikini to bodybuilding and everything in between. I've been bodybuilding for 6 years and come from a background of power sports.. Israeli olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and track field national champion. I have a degree in physical education, IDF personal trainer, 10+ years experience in PT.
