So been working out for a year, feeling good... use to take different PWO's.

Now im about to use C4 Cellular..
Any thoughts on that.

Taking Creatine Alkiline... works for me I love it...

Now I just bought Amino Build by MuscleTech...
Thoughts on this product...


now my big question is now that you know what supplements I have....

How do I balance out taking these supplements, is it ok to take these supplements all together (Obviously not at once, just before workout)

or
How do I take these supplements ?

is it safe for me to take them together?
