Just wondering about what veggies i am allowed to eat on a keto diet and also how much? Is it ok to have veggies with each meal?Also is it true keto diets spare muscle from being lost while burning fat as energy source. my cardio will be 30 min walking on a treadmill.Currently doing 4 iu of hgh,so will this help me in burning fat faster? thanks for any info,tips or comments..![]()
