I have been hearing alot about training according to your genetic predisposition these days. There is a few articles in TIME magazine "How DNA shapes your life", the one section on Reading the Genes of Athletes...was very interesting how we can determine our genes recovery time between training sessions and flexibility.
I can across a Canadian company called Bespoke Diet and Fitness. Their report show your genetic predisposition for Power vs Endurance, V02 Max potential, Injury risk and Recovery speed.
Has anyone done this test? it seems very interesting information... bespokedietandfitness.com
I am leaning towards ordering this kit... would like some feedback from anyone that has used or heard of similar DNA testing.
