Fortis Fitness
In the east end of downtown Toronto lies a facility called Fortis Fitness (at Carlaw and Lakeshore).
If you live anywhere in the city and have the means to get here I STRONGLY suggest switching gyms.
Sean Kelly, the owner, has taken the time to help coach me on a few lifts and create a program for me pro bono to help me achieve my goals this spring (career related).
The guy is extremely knowledgeable and intelligent and his facility is by far the best gym I have ever seen.
150lb dumbells, Sleds, state of the art bench pressing equipment, speed bags, etc. The list goes on. If you want to get strong / shredded this is the place to do it.
