Default Recovering from a broken arm.

I broke my arm during an arm wrestling match. The break was a humurous spiral fracture and I required surgery.
Slept in a lazy-boy chair every night for 3 months and I lost a good 15 pounds. My biggest fear when the splint was removed was my ROM. My arm was literally stuck in the position of when it was in a sling. My arm took a lot of attention and some pain to finally straighten and stretch out. I am shy over 4 months into recovery. I am about 65% back to the strength I had before but my arm feels a bit wonky. Still, my arms are two different and noticiably in sizes and psychologically, this is frustrating. It hurts to do any lifts that puts the humurous bone into a compression, or pushing movement. Push-ups, dips, bench press, etc etc. I don't like it at all. But, I don't let this stop me from working out.

Has anyone suffered a similair injury? Any tips or suggestions?
