Hello everyone

I was frustrated with high bodyfat so I started cutting about 6 weeks ago.

Ive lost about 20lbs(about 7lbs being water loss @ start of cutting)

started at 187lbs, now i am at 167-8lbs..

I am much leaner than I was before,

but my belly fat doesn't agree with my scale weight lol

It's not that horrible but abs are only visible under light and skin is still thick..

Strength loss is almost negligible for being 20lbs lighter... my benchpress dropped from 315 to 290lbs,

squat from 405 to 375, deadlift, not sure yet cause I don't do this very often.

I've been losing about 2lbs every week constantly, my arm size didn't decrease(16 inches).

I rotate high-med carb to low carb depends on my condition and weight loss progress... so far scale weight wise, ive been successful

but I have no clue when I will get rid of this belly fat.

Btw I do almost no cardio maybe its the problem, so I am willing to reduce time on weightlifting and do some cardio if really needed...

shoud I just keep doing what I am doing?
