Hey guys! long time since I posted, been way busy with life the past few years, got remarried had another son who is now 6 months and amazing oldest is grade 9, man how time flies! great to see the old names on here stayed with the iron on and off the whole time and packed on a lot more mass thru a few bulk cycles since I was on here last on a bit of a cut right now weighing in at 226 at around 12% at 6'2" loving life and will contribute where I can, all out of isolate so seeing if anyone has any deals going on right now? Once again good to see you guys and gals cheers! will post some updated pics one of these days would like to do a show in December but will see how it goes family comes first!
