    I know Johnny has.

Dude, talked to Lou as he has used him. Not sure if he is still with him or not but I know he was for 2005 Provincials

Lou was working with Palumbo for his last show, he wasnt too thrilled with his results. Same with Pakulski.

Abels a good coach. Trying to get info on why he has you do somethings was like pulling teeth. Pretty basic stuff as far as diet and supps go. I didnt like fat loading though, it's never worked well for me. Gets me dry but doesnt fill me out much. His training is high volume and structured workouts.

^ Lou was with him when he was the Ontarios (which i thought was his best condition and size ever) then started to work with Dave Palumbo as a pro and turned out looking kinda shitty for his pro debut. no carbs for Lou is not a good choice IMO.

dude, seriously. Do not speak of what you do not know. I know I sound rude saying this but you clearly do not have the knowledge or experience to speak about someone like Scott Abel - good or bad.

Does he push his competitors to the limits? Absolutely. He knows how to win and what it takes to win. If his methods "ruin" someone it's they allowed it and weren't able to recognize they just don't have what it takes. Scott is not for everyone and he will not be your coach or your mentor or your cheerleader. He is a trainer. Do what he says or **** off.

    This goes also goes for:

    Laura Binetti
Chad Nichols (no experience, just what i know from those who have worked with him)
    Hany Rambod
Fouad Abiad (no experience, just what i know from those who have worked with him)

I've worked with both Laura and Fouad and holy **** let me tell you they are brutally honest with you. Exactly the type of trainer a competitor needs.
