i believe he has the frame to do well on the Olympia stage, either way even if he qualifies this year I dont think he will be doing the O... he wants to add another 10lbs to his frame at least.. top 10 Mr.O next year? quite possible if you ask me.

I think he made the improvements to definitely be competitive.. but i dont think he is ready to break out in the top 10 at the O just yet... but with that said, i think he has a great chance of winning a show this year.

Absolutely... and I do wish him the best. I hope he keeps improving and kicks the shit out of everyone. I just dont think hes at the level to make waves at the O just yet. Heres to me being proven wrong.

    And thanks, Geo.

Funny thing is he used to be the exact opposite, small legs, big upper....I used to train beside him and Lou joseph back in my windsor years at lifestyle, he has made huge changes since his canadian competitive yrs, won his pro card at 226 lbs.....
But not at the top level yet....IMO, needs to do some work on arms etc...
Hope the best for him and respect for sure...

Whats going on everyone. Just to set the record straight I haven't forgotten anyone who supported me along the way. I was posting on other sites and was receiving a lot of emails from Canadian fans so I figured I was still on top of things. Regardless, you guys are right and since I am Canadian I should be here for anyone who has questions.

I also wanted to touch on BDH's comments. He is a complete jackass and has no idea what he is talking about...sorry bad jk.
In all honesty, he is totally right. I have made some improvements and I had an okay offseason but not as successful as I would have like for some different reasons. The main reason being small injuries throughout the year.
Some improvements are fuller legs, shoulders, chest and back. Not necessarily bigger but more complete and more full. So my weight might only be a few pounds heavier than last year but I expect to have a different look this year. Finally just so you can all say I said it myself. I am not ready to stand with the top ten at the O, I think I need another year without injury to get into that spot.
That being said I am going into Tampa with the mindset of being able to compare with Dennis James and at least get a good look with Toney Freeman. No predictions but I am aiming for a top spot.

Thanks to all of you for the support and kind words.
