Have you had any cramping? I get mild stomach cramps about 40 mins after popping the pills. Just kind of a minute or 2 of the cramping then I am OK. I get good pumps too, nice and full.

We were given 2 bottles of caps, 4 one shot packs of protein powder, and a gym bag. We just have to keep a journal here on CBB.

I am still holding at 230 lbs plus ...I am still nice and lean, on pct for 7 weeks now and feel that this kreagenic is helping me maintain some of my size...I went away for a few days and friggin forgot my kreagenic and definitely felt it...Just felt less full, and i was eating well etc , just without these i felt weaker...I pissed about 5 times in one night after not taking for 2 days, i got home took 4 pills and carried on with my protocal and then a few days later i was back up in my weight and had better energy in the gym...I seem to have always been a great responder to creatine, even when clean and a virgin to aas i woukld gain 12-14 lbs and never got to bloated off of it...that was good ol monohydrates, and with these i feel like a king off cycle, i actually wouldnt even know it...Im not sure why i have such a good feeling on pct, but i sure do, this si the only supplement im taking besides the odd glutamine shot..
Maybe its because i did a contest and my rebound has helped me fill out better, or maybe dieting was hell and i just feel better on pct compared to that...lol...dieting was good for me, i enjoyed it...im a foo.....
So far i am very happy with this product....wooot

Well, i must be honest.....We bought a new home and moved in for a couple of weeks, just CC and i...I finished off the first bottle and had a good experience as stated during pct...i wasnt expecting to get a house when we did, but the market and interest rate was to good, so we jumped in on a second house........Hence we had to take 4 weeks off the gym to get everything straightened out..with lawyers after work, and all that comes with a new home, finding sod, fence , moving out of 1 home and into another ..etc...
i felt overall i really enjoyed using this product, it did help me hold some of my gains and helped my energy levels through trng during pct...
I feel terrible i didnt get to do a full on analysis as i had planned...
Now i am taking additional supplements for my offseason growth, and it wouldnt be fair to make a view on it anymore for now...
We did however purchase more for our off season time and looking forward to its addition to the rest of my supplements...
CC has just started it and she is a natural competitor , so she is hoping for an extra kick that i saw when clean...
