CC, diet right now is:
7am 4 egg whites, 1/3 cup oats, creatine
10am (post training) 2 scoops protein
1/3 cup oates

12pm 4oz chicken or tuna, 6 asparagus
2:20pm 1tbsp ANBP, 1 apple
5pm 4oz chicken, 12 asparagus, 3oz yam
8pm 4oz talapia, spinach
10pm 1/3 cup oates, 1 scoop protein, 1tbsp ANPB

Once a week, I have a cheat meal...pasta or burgers or pizza and some (well, alot of) dessert
Doesn't change much during the year, just add more carbs (oates, brown rice, etc) when I'm not dieting down.
excellent! have you ever done the keto diet? I am of course using carbs again for off season, but not sure about next years comp. I know keto works well for me but I have never dieted down with carbs either. For provincials will probly just go with what I know works

No experience with keto diet. Is that what you did this year? I've used a few different approaches over the past few years. Tweaked/combined a few things and going to do this show on my own to see what I've learned....lol. Any suggestions are welcome...

yes I had the option...keto or carb cycle. Nicole trains either way. I went with Keto...I find to much mind #$$ with me when it comes to carbs. I also seem to retain ALOT of water with carbs. Who knows maybe i will give it a bit of a whirl during the off season to see how my body responds.

Coming to the end of the second bottle now. Another PR today: did dips for 1x8 and 1x6 with 45lbs strapped to me. I'll post a summary with all the improvements and measurements soon.

Okay, my Krea-Genic is done I've got to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the overall results. My workouts continued to get stronger (even though I was dieting through the second half of the product). I felt a consistant energy and "pump" during my workouts. I never had the "dry mouth" feeling and the stomach issues I had for a few days disappeared (leading me to believe it was a stomach bug---NOT the Creatine).

My change in stats are as follows:

Chest 35.5---->36"
Waist 28----->27"
Quad 21---->20.5"
Right bicep 12---->12.25"
Calf 12.25---->12"
Weight 110lbs--->107lbs

Most impressive were all the PR's I hit in the last 8 weeks:
Bench 115lbs x 8 (up from 105lbs x8)
Dips 45lbs strapped to me for 8 (up from 25 for 6!!)
Military press 90lbs x 5 (up from 75lbs x 6)
Squats 175lbs x 10 (done heavier before, but NOT as deep...these were FULL squats)
Skull crushers 75lbs x 6 (up from 65lbs x 6)

I will post some updated pics later today. I am currently 3 weeks out from competition. Might be holding a little bit of water, should be gone in a few days....then just coasting for the last few weeks.

Just wanted to thank Weider for allowing me to sample Krea-Genic for the last 2 months. GREAT STUFF! I would love to use it again (maybe in the offseason) when my cals are up to see what kinds of weight I could thow around

Yup, I've always trained at home....makes it easy
I wasn't expecting the kinds of results I got with the creatine. Over the years, I've tried ALOT of different supplements and have never really gotten anything out of them. It's as if I've had to convince myself that I was "feeling" something. This time, I had the opposite experience. At first I thought the initial energy and strength gains were due to post comp. carbs.....but, the gains kept coming as did the energy and pump. The last bit of the cycle, I was actually back to cutting and strength/energy was STILL improving! The number of PR's I hit in the last few months blows away anything I've done in the past. Krea-Genic=Good stuff!!!

Look'n good 69 I started this creatine last night, I am excited to see what I get from it. It sounds like you have made awesome gains on it.
