Looks good bro, but you think the carbs are a bit too low for right now. I know you got a long haul ahead of you, but where do you go down from 100g really?

Also are you taking any fat burners yet or going to wait to let the diet do its thing for now?

The carbs are OK right now, although I get nasty cravings for sweets. I figure if I can make it to Friday without cheating, I'll have some pizza Friday night to get the glycogen stores replenished. I'm not doing fat burners I want to see how well my body can do it by itself. I'm going to try 90g next week and see how it goes, if its too rough, I'll bump it up a bit. I have some lethargy but last time I keto'd it lasted about 2 weeks then I was OK.

no DOMS in the legs this AM so recovery time is getting better. Arms are a little tender though.

I see most of us except 69C and UBC have slacked off posting. I have finished using the Krea Genic, and since I have been off of it, I have noticed a few changes. I have plateaued in strength for the time being, and I've lost some more weight, but my measurements in my arms and legs are a bit smaller (approx 1/8"), and the intensity has slacked off a bit. SO in summary yes it works well no doubt about it. Will I continue to use it? Yes, I am going to be ordering more.

If you are a natural lifter this is a good product for you to use. You need to drink more water, and if you still get cramping then add some electrolyte drink to your daily fluid intake. I am currently using regular creatine from a different well known company, and its not as potent as Krea Genic.

Most of us meaning you and i......We are the 4 doing it.....im dissappointed that i didnt do full on journal as i planned, but stuff happens.....Good stuff though, and CC and i bought more as she likes it as well.....Plus she is completely natural and this will be her second time doing creatine, as you said for natural folks its a great addition, or for pct, or an addition to a cycle..

Yea I figure another 6 months or so on this and getting my stuff together diet wise, I'll be ready to start the powerlifting routines.
