I would like to know what he eats for the first few weeks after a competition. Does he just eat whatever or is there some sort of diet that is followed.
EDIT: Also, for future segments why not get some amateur bodybuilders on there? Could be interesting also.

We are going to have lots of amateurs on for sure. Hopefully getting the episode done this week, and I will definitely answer lots of these as best I can.

I know it is bodybuilding radio , but will you ever interveiw Powerlifters ? Maybe tape some comps that happen around Canada or some of the guys training and get some on to talk about how their training is different than bbing ?

Actually, that's a cool idea that we briefly talked about. I know Alex Mardell pretty good and I'm gonna ask him to be on somehow.
