    First of all welcome!

By the look of it you are cutting right? What is your daily total for everything(cals, carbs, protein, fat)? I am not the best to critique since I am pretty new to this as well but it seems like that is not much food.
I don't know how to put this but I'm kind of a big deal. People know me. I'm very important. I have many leather-bound books and my apartment smells of rich mahogany.

Good luck is the result of hard work and preparation.

Every time you stay out late...every time you sleep in ....every time you miss a workout...every time you don't give 100%...you make it that much easier for me to beat you.

Yeah the 3 cups of milk is a little wild, a protein shake would make do and is fast to prepare before bed.

Healthy foods like vegetables and fruits are the simple routine I do everyday. That's so simple and I think I need more diet styles to maintain my body to stay fit. I found your thread interesting and I learn new things involving health. Thanks for sharing and more power!
