Diet A&W root beer is my knight in shining armour. I often dirnk 2 litres/day. Dave said you can drink as much as you want, and that sometimes he was drinking up to 4L/day of diet soda.

That is a lot of pop !

I try to stay away from it all together , but it's nice to have a glass every once in awhile.

It is alot of pop..but sometimes you get so hungry and crave sugar that you have no choice..loll.The only downside of it is you ass is constantly "leaking" from the aspartame going through your system(anal leakage). It can get pretty messy..loll

I've never had that issue so I'm not there , LOL..

Currently on my 4th week with no issues , but I do have my own tricks to help with cravings.

Yeah , coffee , but only in the morning - helps me start the day off right.

I drink Xtend by Scivation - The taste is simply amazing ( like Kool-Aid ) filled with BCAA's , glutamine , B6 and Citrulline Malate. This helps me get over 4L of water daily .

I will also eat jerky ( home made , so I know what's in it )and the other day I picked up a chocolate bar 85% CACAO by Lindt which has 160 cals , 14g fat ( 8 sat ) 6g carbs , 2g fibre , 3g protein per 3 squares..... It's not the best tasting thing , but it is healthy chocolate if you crave that. I thought I was craving it until I tried it , LOL . Only ate 2 squares.

The only thing that I do everyday is the Xtend.

I say that this is my fourth week , but I have done the Anabolic diet before and I found that alot harder than this one. After that I never really went back to eating HIGH amounts of carbs , so this trans action was easier. But since I don't eat dairy ( cheese ) anymore and limit the amount of Saturated fats I take in I don't have nearly the amount of problems I had on the Anabolic diet.

Currently taking in aprox 2800 cals.
