Default Dave Palumbo Diet.. can I?

I was reading along the dave diet, and was hoping I could get some help with this diet.

I am looking forward to using his plan.

But I only problem is, is that I work days and don't have much time durung break to rig up a shake.
Is there any way I can replace this 50g shake with food or one of them protein bars?

    Or have any idea?

THIS DIET IS THE ONE I AM FOLLOWING!
Meals after 3 I can do the shake it is pretty much meal 2

    MEAL #1
5 whole eggs (make sure to buy omega-3 EGGS from the supermarket. They contain virtually NO saturated fat and tons of good omega-3 fats); add another 4 egg whites to this (they don?t need to be the omega-3 ones; you can use liquid egg whites)

    MEAL #2
SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 ? tablespoon of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar)

    MEAL #3
"Lean Protein Meal": 8oz chicken with 1/2-cup cashew nuts (almonds, or walnuts)

    MEAL #4
SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 ? tablespoons of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar added)

    MEAL #5
"Fatty Protein Meal": 8oz Salmon, Swordfish, or RED MEAT with a green salad (no tomatoes, carrots, or red peppers) with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil or Macadamia nut oil and vinegar

    MEAL #6
SHAKE: 50g Whey with 1 ? tablespoon all natural peanut butter or 4 whole (omega-3) eggs and 4 extra whites

I don't understand why you can't slam a shake that is already pre made. Takes 2 seconds to slam it down.

Ya i used to blend my shakes the night before and bring them to work. You can put them in a cooler bag, a fridge or just drink them warm.

A bar takes longer to eat than drinking a shake...
If consumer magazine claims to know what consumers want, how come they`re still a magazine?

All you need is a bottle of water, have your protein in your shaker cup add, mix, and slam a small container of peanut butter and a spoon. honestly this is the most conveniant diet that is what I like the most about it.

Put it this way...if you have even a 5min break you can easily down a pre-made shake. Even if you don't I can't see a boss complaining about you taking 30 seconds to down a shake while on the job.

I'm currently working in an environment that doesn't allow me to stop too often. Thankfully, the attire I have to wear has pretty deep pockets. What I usually do is take two empty 500ml water bottles and pour some premade shakes into those. In the morning, I carry around one bottle in my pocket and about 3h after breakfast I down it then either keep it for the next day or chuck it in the recycling bin. At lunch time, I'll have my lunch and take the 2nd bottle along with me in my pocket. Around 3pm I'll down it, same scenario. Really cannot get any more convinient than this.
