Just wondering what some of your pre-show meal plans look like... what they consist of, when you start... that sort of thing. Also anything unique that you find to work.
thanks

Since there are so many different ways to diet for a show you must do a diet that works with your body from expierence. For me a carb cycling diet done 12- or 16 weeks from the show seems to work the best. As for meal details everyone is different in what they eat for protein, carbs, etc.

bigtavi hit the nail on the head. The answer is it depends...
A guy that has been doing a keto diet will do things much differently then someone that has been cycling carbs for example.
Also, it depends on how you look. You could be full & dry, flat, watery all 3 scenarios require slightly different reactions.
So what are your starting stats? Contest expierence? etc. We cant help ya too much without more information on your stats and what type of diet your planning on doing, current level of conditioning. What i can say is that if you check some of our logs and journals we right what we do in our diets and prep. Also some veteran memebers offer contest prep help to get you looking ur best. Check it out.
