I have started lifting with coworkers and have access to the following supplements. I have been told to do the following, but would like a second opinion.
    N.O.-Xplode pre workout
Volumaize and Purple Wraath Intra workout
    Volumaize postworkout
    Whey Protein
and then mix in Ripped freak

    Any suggestions????

Don't buy anything except the whey protien.

Take the money you saved from supplements and spend it on food.

Supplements are a waste of money.

agreed mmaybe throw in some creatine monohydrate post workout with some simple sugars and the rest should go to your diet as gicantor said

Get a good protein isolate, some basic creatine mono,,,done. Whoever told you to take that stack obvs buys into all of the unreal advertisement we see in the magazines. IF i was you id check out some sponsers on here for protein True supps, or True Protein and go that way. Im not trying to say those products are bad but wouldnt you like to spend 50 bucks on supps and 200 on steak and chicken instead of 250 on supps and no food as a basis to support any of those gains.

Ill say it again. " Supplements are only the icing on the cake when it comes to building a better phsyique". Food is of utmost importance because clean calories are the basis for muscle growth.

    PRE-WORKOUT: NOEXPLODE NT

    DURING WORKOUT: VOLUMIZE, PURPLE WRATH

POST WORKOUT: SHAKE, FOLLOWED BY A SOLID MEAL

I would add in a creatine product, I personally like to take SIZEON during my workout, mixed with BCAA's

I agree with the people above recommending Creatine and Whey. You don't really need anything else. It is going to take you a year or two of training, aka until you get serious and some basic strength, to start to "need" supplements. It makes no sense to be jacked up on four-six supplements before you've even stepped into a gym.

You will make ten times the progress that your coworkers do if you eat properly and lift properly. Get going on Strong Lifts 5x5, and start whereever is comfortable to you. Do a week's worth of research, and some legitimate practice to hammer out the main lifts. You need the squatting, you need the deadlifting, and you need rows/bench/press. Solely doing bicep curls and bench press isn't going to cut it at your stage.

Eat big, eat clean, and eat often. This will do more for anyone on this board than a workout supplement.
