I have people above me who run equipment into the ground all the time. I recomend a way to do maintainance on a certain piece of equipment and then argue with people who have never lifted a wrench except to break stuff. I hear you on the pursuit of perfection. It drives me nuts when they have the attitude of wait til it breaks.
