At the end of the month if you don't want the item just return it to Walmart.
You can also get rotisserie chicken at most grocery stores, mini rice cakes, packaged tuna...etc.

OBSESSED is just a word the LAZY use to describe the DEDICATED.

Every time you stay out late...every time you sleep in ....every time you miss a workout...every time you don't give 100%...you make it that much easier for me to beat you.

They hauled me out of line to double check it, they didn't think I should be carrying it for some reason. They gave me grief in TO about it. The guy was a dick about it, but I kept my head and reasoned with him. Its the bullet shaped bottom that makes them want a second look.
Rice oats and egg whites all can be cooked in the microwave!! I used the ice bucket once! lol...
have you considered a hibachi bbq? I know the old George grill will do the same, but I used to have one of those little camper BBQ's when I lioved in a flea bag apartment when I was poor! lol...
90% of my carb meals are raw oatmeal in just enough cold water to soften it up. Takes like 3 mouth fulls to get 50g of carbs, it's so easy and takes about 1 min to eat, compared to taking 5-10mins choking down something you hate.
Usually only one or two of my meals contain a food I have to cook, ie Chicken breast. Technically you could sub tuna in for the chicken in my diet and I wouldn't even need a stove/oven.
