I'm down to around 240ish pounds from 258ish @ age 25- 6'1.
Breaking my foot in the summer set my weight lifting goals behind.... Mentally and physically.
I'm eating a lot cleaner and running 2-3x a week... My strength is improving. The winter is here, and it will be here for awhile. I would like to put on a good solid 10 pounds.
Some of my strong lifts... Shoulders: sitting military presses 120 db's. Dead lifts: 500 pounds. Squats: 500 pounds. Bench: 400 pounds. Bicep curls: 110's for a few reps. Triceps: the stack.
The pictures arn't great... but I'm sure it gives you an idea where I'm at.
