This is the second day in a row where i had the absolute shittiest ****ing workout EVER. My mind muscle connection is totally gone! Yesterday was back , shitty mind muscle connection , but calves were great? Today chest day but my front delts got a wicked pump and chest not so much. Didnt feel shit in the chest work today . I have been on a lower carb diet as of the last 3 weeks or so but this week so far my workouts are suffering. Meals are as follows.......
Meal #1 - 1 carton of egg whites , 1 cup oatmeal , 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Meal #2 - 6 oz beef , 1 cup rice , 1 cup mixed veggies
Meal #3 - 6 oz beef or chicken , 1 cup rice
Meal #4 - 50 gram protein shake in h2o , 1 cup almonds
Meal #5 - same as 1 or 2
Meal #6 - same as 4
Meal #7 - 1 carton of egg whites
Is this possibly diet related ? Everything else in life is really looking up in a great way...work is picking up , talking with the coolest girl ever , starting to like fasted cardio in am...
