Hey guys,
I am new to this forum and eager to learn all I can. I have never done a cycle of anything. I have been strength training for about 2 years, and my goals were originally to focus on strength for rock climbing. I have, in the past few months, shifted my focus more towards body building and I am really enjoying it (even though I am only 5'10 160 pounds I am starting to bulk up a bit...climbing and bulk don't mix to well so I hadn't done much about my lankiness in the past). I am starting to become interested in trying a cycle of something, but what and when is still totally up in the air.
In the meantime I will stick to protein and creatine. I hope to learn from previous posts and current discussions.
