I'm looking at the rules, now, and am a bit confused about it being about beauty. I must admit, I'm not terribly interested in entering a beauty pageant. I'm more concerned about physique than makeup application. I'm not about to go get botox treatments to disguise the wrinkles I've been getting as I get older. Does this mean figure is probably not the category for me, then?

Yes, you need the total package for figure, but that means a pulled-together, well done up facade (tan, hair, makeup, nails), that's all. Make no mistake--physique is number one, shown to its best advantage with ideal figure conditioning. I've beat women 10, 12, 15 years younger than me in this game, wrinkles, stretch marks, and all.
