Left shoulder for me, its been exactly a year now. I took 9 months off last year, partly because i wanted to see if my shoulder would get better, and partly when i realized the time off was making no difference what so ever i was enjoying not having to go to the gym. It had been years since i took any real time off and i kinda enjoyed it.
I've been back training for a couple months now but any push movements kill me. I've had x-rays done and they could find nothing. Last Friday i finally went to a physiotherapist, ya i know, he gave me shit for waiting so long too.. So now we're in the process of trying to find what the problem is. I go again this Friday and he's probably going to have me get a more in-depth x-ray done.... I'm feeling optimistic![]()
