It had been years since i took any real time off and i kinda enjoyed it.

I've been back training for a couple months now but any push movements kill me. I've had x-rays done and they could find nothing. Last Friday i finally went to a physiotherapist, ya i know, he gave me shit for waiting so long too.. So now we're in the process of trying to find what the problem is. I go again this Friday and he's probably going to have me get a more in-depth x-ray done.... I'm feeling optimistic
That's the worst , when they find nothing. Same thing with my knee. It was a baseball injury and they told me it was nothing. So I ended up rehabbing it back to health myself. Just time off and then squatting to build the muscle up around it.
I asked for a scan about 3 times in 3 years and finally they agreed. Now the issue is with the surgen , because it's an OLD injury so I don't know if they will work on it.

I feel as if I got scewed on that one because there is only so much winning a person can do

Hey guys I am new here and glad to see this section as it was my main reason to join. Injury etc . I have a similar issue. Im 35 male, former competitive athlete, and rec bodybuilder. I suffer from chronic sciatica, Multiple bulging and herniated discs in my lumbar as well as degenration of collegen between my discs, and neck injury from Judo as well as a Torn RC in right shoulder from a car wreck 3 years ago. I have used arginine and zma to increase gh to increase my collegen in lumbar to counter spinal surgery. I have read alot of reserach on peptides to increase collegen synthesis without taking GH. Anyone else had any experience in these research peptides?
