I am not on a life extension plan but am a fan of their products and the company. And now you have me pegged for a smoker? wrong again not a heavy drinker who poisins himself regularly nor a smoker. I do however have sex quite frequently. part of living a long healthy life is enjoying oneself with family and friends and I do a lot of that here. just guessing and no offense intended but you guys seem so hung up on the healthy lifestyle thing that you've got your sphincters squeezed a little to tight which can lead to sever constipation which if it doesn't shorten your life sure will make it less enjoyable. loosen up a bit!
