It can be keto but it doesnt have to be...you can still have carbs with each meal just avoid starches...just because someone is running keto doesnt mean they are competing...some use it for the many health benefits especially type 2 diabetics etc...its a very healthy and easy way to diet...low carb non keto i smuch more difficult and youll feel more hungry etc.
