-Effect: I find that it does wonders for weight loss because of its quick absorption and the 100% isolated protein. I rate this 5/5

-Flavor: I've tried both Vanilla and Chocolate and i find chocolate is better. It isnt the flavorest thing so I rate it 3/5

-Value: It's worth the money since its one of the cheapest protein i find. 5/5

-Comments: Iso-gold can be all-natural and if you are looking to lose some weight i would recommend it to those.

Iso Gold is an above average protein. Very pure and very good quality. For some reason they stopped making the all natural version, but they have expanded the number of flavours in the regular version. I would give it a 4/5 in effectiveness when it comes to whey isolates.
