2 scoop protein powder (chocolate)
4 tbsp cocoa
4 tbsp adams peanut butter
1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup shreaded unsweetened coconut
1 tbsp coconut oil
blend dry first
add coconut oil and PB
mix for a while, add tiny bit water
form on pan and freeze
makes 3 servings
366 cals
25.5g fat
10g carbs 7.3g fiber(2.7 net)
27g protein
