Anyone thinking about doing this meet ? Only 5 weeks to go so if you are please get your entry forms in.
We are going to have two RMT's on site to help any lifter that needs it if they tweak something during a lift. I've seen it happen more times than I can count guys will squat ( or whatever) and tweak their back, that will either put them out of the comp or they will continue and not be 100% so their total is never what it could have been. Hopefully this will help prevent that.
Just letting anyone know that there is still time to sign up for this meet. 2 weeks to go !!
