    And you made your own clothes and traveled using horse and buggy. Those were the good old days IW. lol JK.

    Free run eggs are the healthy choice , and i have had them in my diet since a kid in high amounts...We were farmers, and not rich ones, organic whole milk, free run eggs, free range beef has been a staple for me, raised by ourselves...As you do now (lucky bugger), and My bloodwork has always been terrific, as is my family, so i was lucky enough to not hear the bad news about eggs often....
    Living in the bush and only having 3 channels if i turned the antennae correct, and it wasnt to windy, had its advantages...lol

    ^^^ this exactly. The large majority of people don't realize this is a myth. I got in a debate about eggs and the bread issue at a wedding recently. But the person I was talking to was a 'personal trainer' so she ofcourse had to be right because they know everything....

    I wouldnt say bread is bad....Thats a very broad topic....ezekiel bread for instance is not bad, Use and abuse and timing is what makes it bad or not bad IMO...

    If eggs were "bad", i would have died a long time ago.
    I eat 1-2 dozen per day

    10 whole scrambled eggs for breakfast
    3-4 whole eggs in my workout shake
    and 0-10 eggs in another meal
    or a few hard boiled eggs thru the day

    The one summer we had our own laying hens and pastured them. Since then we have been buying them at the farmers market. So they aren't of the concentration camp variety and that probably does make a difference.
