    Yep they had way too many issues with product, inventory etc.

    Customer service and shipping at CanadianProtein.com is unacceptable. I placed an order on April 5th and 38 days later still haven't received my order. Called them several times and their phone is NEVER answered, with no return call. Used their contact form several times and rarely they answer. Finally today when I placed a comment on their Facebook page did they respond they will offer a credit tomorrow (we'll see if they do) and then deleted my posts on Facebook. Be aware of this company; their customer service and shipping is unacceptable.

    I had an issue with them last month and they rectified it eventually. I think they might be short staffed. In the end I got 25lbs of delicious chocolate whey concentrate. I'll continue to do business with them. Everyone deserves a second chance. Except Dionne Phaneuf. What a POS !!

    You conveniently neglected to mention a few things here:

    1)we did send your order, Canada Post lost the package.
    2) we couldn't call you back because your phone was not accepting calls from our VOIP phone service.
    3) once we got a hold of you, we told you that we put a claim in and will be sending your package again, which we did.
    4) you then wrote in that you wanted a refund, which we told you, we now have 2 orders sent to you, (first MIGHT be lost, and second is on the way), so you will be getting double the product (potentially if the first order shows) and a refund for the second which is on the way and hasn't gotten there yet. So, that said, we cannot just refund you and have all this product ship to you for free.
    5) after the refund was requested, we had to figure a way with Canada post which took a few days to reroute the package back to us.
    6) then we refunded you as per your request without issue.
    7) we did respond to your emails as per your ticket number 3642.
    8) we did delete your message on Facebook, as we were responding to your ticket multiple times explaining the situation so there is no need to discuss this on Facebook as well since the situation was being handled.


    Now to address a few other concerns:

    a) To all customers, if something is wrong with your order, we will take care of it, it's that simple. We're not in the business of taking people's money and running, that wouldn't exactly be good business practice.

    b) has our customer service been the greatest? No. Is it improving, yes. We are growing, and we receive a ton of calls per day, and there is only so many hours in the day to return these calls, especially when there are some people that keep others on the phone for sometimes up to an hour. We aren't a call center so we sometimes have to let calls go to voice mail and do our best to return them as soon as possible. WE are improving this as we know how important it is. If you would like a quicker response, please use the contact us page and send us an email.
