    Default Kettle Bells

    https://www.onnit.com/primal-bells/

I've been looking into these for awhile now and came across these. Not sure I'll get them since the cost of shipping is killer but maybe one day.

Been doing some KB workouts lately and wow they are tough espically for a fat F like me

Mostly swings , cleans , presses and snatches.

I like them and with more endurance style training it's great and quick

I thought the cleans might be ok because I perceive the stress on the elbows to be less than regular cleans which I don't dare to practice. What do you feel,I've only used a pair of 40's,biggest we have here.

I added a 30 pounder to my toy box this week because it was about a buck a pound and I've been wanting to see what all the fuss about kettle bell swings is. If they add anything to my deads/cleans as a fun accessory exercise I'll probably go to home depot and spend the $15 to make a T-Handle.

I find them find on the joints. I too have not done too many regular cleans (only) but they do become part of workout in one way or another.
