What's going on

I was a member at ripped Canadians many moons ago, as well as muscle nexus and CJM. I was a pretty hardcore lifter for 6-7 years then just stopped. Started drinking and partying, and let myself go. Getting closer to 40 so I wanna start taking care of myself and feeling better about about myself like when I used to train. I started back on the weights last year but not so hardcore, trying to get to the gym 3 times a week, and I have to say its hard with a family and running a business. Going to try and help out with newbies here and post more often. I recognize a few names still around from when I frequented the boards.
